What's the over/under on how many running baseball threads we'll have by the end of the season? :D

    * Jose Guillen is obvioulsy not included. Soria deserves the benefit of the doubt. But unfortunately, this team has been so blowfully fucking bad that the kid has had to be perfect. He was, till today.

I also have newfound respect for A-Rod. To do what he does is stupendous. To do it with Sterling and Waldeman hanging from his scrotum deserves a network special. If there is any righteousness in this world, Waldeman, Sterling and Hawk Harrelson will spend eternity in a sound-proof booth so they can annoy the fuck out of each other and leave the rest of us in peace.

Jose Guillen will have a fistfight with a teammate this season.
    Bank it.

How about DeJesus hitting the homer off Rivera? I think that's his first this year that Mo's given up.

Touche. DeJesus as well. Aviles proves he needs more playing time. Dude is about to catch Pena in hits, and he's only played in three games.

In full disclosure, I found another XM channel after Sterling started to ejaculate after the Posada homer. It was kinda like any porno you've ever seen... I knew how it was going to end.

From the last thread on the Yankees' bullpen:

    Francisco Cruceta is available.

Chipper with No. 401, ties the game at 2-2 in the 6th. Just crushed it to dead center.

    Bring him in (or up).

Anything has to be better than what they're calling a bullpen right now.

    Two words...John Wetteland.
He's not even as old as Clemens was when they snagged him last year.
It's probably doubtful he could physically pitch again, but with the Yankees you really never know.

Great piece of hitting by Utley in the 8th inning.

So anyone know what Ponson did in Texas to fuck that up?

He'll fit in perfectly with the Yankees bullpen.

    Career 7.96 ERA

This year, 0-3 with a 5.40 ERA, 1.97 WHIP and a .295 batting average against.
    10 walks, 11 strikeouts in 11 innings.
