2008 MLB regular season, playoff and award-winner prediction thread

Ah, spring training. The grass is cut. The sun's out. The crack of the bat. The smell of horsehide. Vials of steroids being passed around the clubhouse.

    Er, scratch the last one.

Anyway, I thought it'd be a fun exercise to see just how badly we can screw up our MLB picks. Which teams make the playoffs and those that play out the string come June 1. Who wins the World Series and which players walk away with awards and bonuses for winning said awards.

I was more shocked by his Toronto finishing second in the East. Is Scott Rolen going to put the Blue Jays over the top?

Maybe Trey thinks Toronto's pitching is enough to carry the Jays past the Yanks.

Rockies won't make the playoffs this year, although I hope I'm wrong.

Hasn't BYH been touting the Jays as a playoff team?

Jeebus. If I was putting money on this, I'd probably put a little more thought into it.
