Twins bland and dry radio guys just said Carlos Gomez is up and well, and never lost consciousness. Good to hear.

The Brewers' day just keeps getting worse, doesn't it?

Pitching is marginal, and lots of fielding problems.

Braves avoided a bullpen meltdown today. Hudson pitches a 3-hit shutout.

Tigers spoiling (so far anyway) another solid outing from Galarraga. In other news, Dontrelle Willis made a rehab start in Toledo tonight -- his line: 4.2 IP, 4 hits, 2 ER, 4 K and most importantly, 0 BB.

Anytime that Soriano wants to start hitting would be fine. :(

Edit: Fielding would be nice to see as well.

I don't know about all that, but he definitely should have caught that ball!

I do know about that. That's two runs in two games he's cost them, and he hasn't had a fucking hit. Fuck him.

He rode the interstate into the DL and he keeps riding it. Hopefully he'll find the off ramp soon. Or at least learn to take a few pitches. But is sometimes a bit helpful for an outfielder to learn how to catch the ball.

Pat Burrell's having a pretty good season. Hitting .330 with nine home runs, including a walk-off two-run bomb just now.

Amazing night. Utley homered again (No. 12). Utley was issued an intentional walk to get to Howard. Burrell hit a 2-out bomb in the 10th to win it. Unreal game.
