Should be over about 7 Left_Coast time. ESPN has been banging the drum on the Bronx is Burning and it starting at 7.

I thought I saw that. It looked like the guy who caught the first ball just missed the second and stomach-punched dude behind him.

Oh baby, Vlad is unloading on the ball now.

I just shook my head. It was so dumb, especially because he was the PA announcer as well as the announcer on TV.

Did anyone else notice Morneau's last home run appeared to hit a photog in the head on top of the balcony in right center?

  7. the FCC Delay is definitely coming in handy for Matt Holliday.

I think we need another "Get Smart" reference, followed by the explanation.

Went off the air in 1970. That's fresh.

edit: And a "My Mother the Car" reference -- 1966 !

I still like vlad the impaler. He's coming.

His only problem tonight might be that they're actually throwing the ball over the plate... he likes in the dirt, in his ear, over his head... those are the pitches he crushes...
what a fun player to watch.

Did Chris Berman just make a reference to a city within a short drive of San Francisco as a unit of measure regarding a home run? Oh how witty! Where on earth did he come up with such a novel way to measure distance? That ball went all the way to Strawberry Manor!
