Well at least according to Michigan football, that is. No mention of the 2005 season in its media guide, the only one in the Big Ten that didn't have a 2005 recap.

Michigan football media guide hazy on 2005

You see, that's how you take care of a horrible season. You don't put it in your media guide. Boy that Lloyd Carr is a genius.

"I'm tellin ya, Lloyd. You can't DOOOO that. No one ever does it. Bo didn't do that after 6-6. It's just un-BEE-LEEVE-able" [/brucemadej]

OMFG. I feel bad for UM's media services staff - you know this was a big ol' fight behind the scenes. This is disgusting.

So can beat writers get 2005 stats and game recaps on request?

"uh-huh... yea- but no. If we can pretend seasons didn't exist, can we just forget Bill Freehan coached baseball here?"[/jimschneider]
