I'm sure Marty wants to be reminded of that as his Chargers prepare for the playoffs!

Let me guess... IJAG is rooting for the Pats on Sunday just to see Schottenheimer suffer some more.

No drive that is of that length that must end in a touchdown is overrated.

It did feature one of the most incredible bounces in league history.

And the fact that Marty Schottenheimer went to the prevent defense.

God how I hate that man.

However, EStreet, I will NEVER root for Belichick. The Chargers get my rooting interest because of my love for LT. Marty can rot, but I like LT more than I like any Pat.

Marty Schottenheimer is a credit to the NFL. Pure class.

He is the Greg Norman of NFL coaches... never won the big one on U.S. soil, but onlymostly because of some disastrous luck.

Marty has never had the talent before that he has on this Chargers team.

I must point out that Marty had pretty much the same team except for Brees instead of Rivers, an upgrade, two years ago in the playoffs when he lost at home to noted big-game mastermind Herm Edwards and the Jets.

Thanks to Nate Kaeding, if I'm not mistaken.

That's L-TD. There's only one LT and he's already in the Hall of Fame as a linebacker. I'm rooting for the Chargers because I don't want to root for the Pats or Belichick.
And this is my 1500th post.. at least I made it meaningful instead of it being a padding post.

    He has O'Neill.

And Merriman in his first year as a veteran.

    Drug-induced commentary.

Elway is the ONLY one who gets that done. Maybe Marino... no... Elway's mobility was required on the drive.
