It begs for a smartass remark, but with two dead I can't...

Two cars had been crushed, one person was dead, another was badly hurt, and if that wasn't enough, emergency crews had to make it through a cloud of bees to reach the victims.

Two semitrailer trucks -- one carrying millions of bees -- and two cars collided on Interstate 35 in Lakeville late Monday morning, a crash that closed the northbound lanes along a 5-mile stretch of the interstate between County Road 2 and County Road 70 for several hours.

Read a story on the web the other day about a worker taken to the hospital after getting stuck in a sausage making machine. Turned out the guy was a custodian and got his head and shoulders stuck in the machine, but was not seriously injured. Glad the guy is okay, but if you are advertising a sausage making mishap, it better not end up being treated with band aids.

Glad he's OK ... but sausage-making is never pretty ... and it's even worse when you're trying to sneak a bite on a custodian's wage.

I'd rather not see how the custodians are made.
