Wouldn't surprise me to see Molinari go back to back, he's that mechanically sound and you don't have to putt that great in the Open. Thank goodness for DVR, now I don't have to wake up on Sun and catch them at hole 15.

It's at a course I've never seen the Open played at before. It'll be interesting. (I hope it's not a T_p owned course.)

The Open hasn't been played there since 1951. Nice to mix it up.

Your 1951 winner at Portrush, Max Faulkner. Led by six shots going into the final round and legend has it he was signing autographs during the round that said, "Max Faulkner, 1951 Open Champion." Won by two shots.

If he won dressed like that, complete with coffin nail, I want his autograph right now.

That 1:30 a.m.-4 p.m. broadcast of the first two rounds is impressive. If anyone's on the couch for all of that, report back to the group.

    A co-favorite along with Augusta.

Held here for the first (and only) time since 1951. Hopefully, Rory McIlroy and Graeme McDowell will enjoy it a little more.

Be in Las Vegas for the final two rounds so I guess I'm setting an alarm.
