Woman charged with raping boy

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 27-year-old woman for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old neighbor boy.

Jeannette McGuinn-Parks was taken into custody at her North Valley home late Monday evening, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department. McGuinn is also known as Jeannette Madrid

Apparently the 13-year-old's parents were involved in a divorce and he turned to the neighbor for comfort. Deputies alleged she took advantage of that comfort and had sex with the boy.

They also said they believe this had been going on for more than a month.

McGuinn is charged with four counts of rape and one count of criminal sexual contract with a minor, one count of child abuse and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Deputies said McGuinn is divorced with two daughters under the age of 10.

They are now with relatives, and deputies do not believe they were involved in the alleged incident with their mother and the boy.
