    So it wasn't a competitive game. It was a stunt, a fundraiser. It wasn't the most original idea to ever rain down upon us.

    It's still better than another Vikings-Favre brief saying absolutely nothing or Billy BigBass catching some fish three or four states over, therefore more newsworthy.

    A sulfuric acid enema is better than another Favre-Vikings story.
    And I wouldn't run the big bass story from three or four states over, either. Just thought this was way too local a story for the AP wire. Maybe I'm being a curmudgeon. And maybe if I was at a paper in Massachusetts it might even be more interesting.
