These are the kind of prosecutors that people want, that people vote for, over and over again, totally in the spirit of what we've done to our own civil liberties. This is how you get a Nifong, or these guys.

 

I'm happy for the young man. For a buff and wax, they literally destroyed a young man. They won't say it but race definitely played a part in all of this.

 

And what part of that didn't he understand before he got some head.

Didn't his momma ever tell him "NOT TO MESS WIT DA WHITE GURLZ" and if you do, don't be an asshole and video tape it.

If you were trying to make a joke by using slang, it didn't work. I hope now that this young man is out of prison, someone will help him get his life in order.

His life wasn't out of order; the system was. And if there's a civil attorney who can find a way to go after the prosecutor for malicious prosecution, I hope it can be done.
