They both committed crimes. They both were sentenced to jail. There was a huge cry of injustice and racism by the supporters of convicted criminals. They both got reprieves from judges who looked past the law and tried to fashion justice out of their own personal beliefs. Tate was back in jail, but not before victimizing others. We'll see what happens with this guy.

The real injustice in this case is that the law gets contorted and molded. We've ceased to become a nation of laws and become a nation of loop holes.

  2. yeah, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before this kid gets another BJ.

    Goddamn criminal.

    That makes absolutely no sense.
So that was why you used "slang" in your original post?

Unfortunately, with 'yab it's all a matter of absolutes. 'Yab, in case you weren't aware, they overturned the law which got this young man 10 years in the first place. Even the lawmakers recongized the "letter of the law" could result in problems, hence why it was appealed.
If a law is unjust, and a person convicted under said law is released after that law is repealed, where's the "crime?"

I'll refrain from labeling you racist, but the attempt at comparing Lionel Tate to this young man is far-fetched. That's like saying Skilling and Dahmer are connectable because they both committed crimes.

Anyone who thinks this guy deserved 10 years for getting his cock sucked by a willing girl two years younger than him is either completely racist or a complete fucking idiot. Let's just establish that right now.

Show me a kid who doesn't want a good buff and wax on New Year's eve, and I'll show you a kid with acne.

  8. Or both.
