Yahoo put together a list of the 10 least scary horror movies.

    10. The Happening
    9. The Wicker Man. (Bad Nicholas Cage version).
    8. Pulse
    7. House of the Dead
    6. Cursed
    5. Thinner
    4. Halloween III: Season of the Witch
    3. Jaws 4: The Revenge
    2. Troll 2
    1. Plan 9 from Outer Space

I'm sure resident horror expert Tommy Dreamer could come up with some better ones. Any Bottom 10 list has got to include "Orca."

None of the "Leprechaun" movies are on there? That's an upset on par with Villanova-Georgetown.

"Santa Claus conquers the Martians" isn't exactly a chiller.

Never seen or even heard of that.

Scream is a guilty-pleasure series for me.

The Wicker Man has one of the most repulsive beatdown scenes I've come across.

Friday the 13th Part III opens with a funky disco theme. Hard to be scared after that.
    EDIT: In all its glory:

    Wes Craven movie, I believe.

    That's classically bad music.
