    Wow! Simon's link has more info. The shooter is a 71 year old (former) Marine. There were two robbers. The Marine/customer shot and killed one in the head and shot the other in the chest.

    This article does not mention the shooter being shot.

    Hope that's the case.

    I'm glad only the bad guy has died in this situation.

    I still think our country's gross lack of real gun control creates more problems than it solves.

    I don't think those are contradictory statements.

    But I've had a hell of a bad day (wasn't laid off or anything), and I might be confused.
