    A private dinner that happened more than a year ago? And somebody actually sees fit to print this now? TMZ will choke and die on this kind of crap, hopefully.

    I absolutely love watching the Food Channel shows where she is out and about scarfing down wine all day. I imagine this woman does a lot of her best work shitfaced.

    Ray's also involved in a sex scandal. Apparently her new husband was big into the sex clubs before they got married. Reminds of the deal with Seven of Nine, I mean Jerri Ryan.

    Rachel Ray is more of a VW Beetle, but some folks like those too.
