Staley to critics: Gamecocks 'not changing' style

If that’s all there was to it, that’s a terrible look for the Chickens.

Based on the Iowa coach's comments, I'm guessing Staley's concern is not limited to the media. Another coach used the term "bar fight," after all.
I don't know if they're appreciably more physical than anybody else, but it didn't help last night that they were often left alone from the 3-point line and couldn't knock the shots down. If you make 3-pointers, you're less likely to be called overly physical.

Not much reason to remain in Iowa after graduation, especially if you trend blue.

Have to create a strawman after getting the socks coached off her.

Total Trump deflection playbook, "People are saying," yet never identify exactly who.

Trump didn't invent that. It's been around as long as I can remember.

Sadly, this is a relatively recent development. When we graduated in the 1990s, the eastern half of Iowa was a mix of politics, and “the people’s republic of Johnson County” (where Iowa City is) certainly earned its nickname.

But enough of that — this isn’t a political thread. :)

Boca Raton vs. San Diego in a Final 4 game is very funny.

There's a really good book about the "brain drain" in the rural Midwest.
