He also briefly walked out on the Red Sox when they traded Bernie Carbo.

He also didn’t get along with Don Zimmer.

His first book was funny as hell, though.

Well, losing the first two at home to the Tigers certainly stomped out any embers the Orioles had left in terms of wild-card hopes. At this point, I just hope they can go 6-9 in the final 15 and finish above .500. Would be a shame to play so well for such a long stretch and finish with a losing record.

    I love this
To add to your list, Gregory Soto and Joe Jimenez should be looking to work elsewhere

In my lifetime Gretzky is the only comparison to Judge in terms of clean, transcendant single season domination. There have been some in NASCAR and F1, but those aren't sports.

Judge is the 6th player with 60 homers.

The reality too is that he should be unanimous MVP.

    Great season by Ohtani.

The Yankees won't let him leave - that said - the more other teams drive up the price, the less they'll have to spend on other players that other teams might want.

It’s nice that you know who is clean and who is not.

Judge won’t affect how much they have to spend on others.

It won't affect how much they can spend, but it can limit what they will spend because they choose to try to stay under the luxury tax threshold.

Yeah, the "gasoline low" light came on about two weeks ago. They ran out of steam offensively (except for Henderson), and don't have the rotation to get them through that -- yet.

Likewise, I hope they have a winning record, given the advancements they've made this year.
