Lindsay Scott, too. Nothing else needs to be said about that.

I don't think the PAc-12 has the leverage to demand anything of ESPN/ABC. The conference has no leverage.

Well, couldn't CBS air a "Pac 12 Game of the Week" in the prime time window against NBC's Big 10 Game of the Week? And I do question the "unlocked value" of college football on TV. Attendance and ratings are in decline.

It still has huge TV markets, the entire country west of the Rocky Mountains, and a lock on the 10 p.m.-10:30 p.m. EST time slots on Saturday night, which for some reason I can't understand are desirable.

Major leverage? No. But ESPN is not gonna show the Mountain West Game of the Week. Even without the LA market - and I still think many viewers in that market will watch Pac-12 games over Big Ten games that do not involve USC and UCLA - it's not an unattractive package.

One interesting tidbit from Forde/Wetzel podcast
An NBC guy was asked if they would go straight from ND to the B1G and knock off NBC Nightly News and he said no way

There's naive, there's the Trumpers and there's the UC Regents and the ways of college sports.

That would disqualify about a quarter of our presidents. :)

I would think that UW would be a better fit for the B10, larger market, academic and research wise. Unless of course, we’re talking Uncle
Phil money, then all bets are off.

If the B1G goes to 20, Stanford will be involved
    One more Notre Dame rival
