It’s not about the objective truth, the process or whether Trump did anything wrong.

The talking points are — Obama judge, who really is a magistrate, obvious abuse of political power, why aren’t they holding a press conference.

You know who knows exactly what's in that warrant?

    Trump.

He could make its contents public any time.

    And yet has not.

    Hmmmm, etc.

Imagine being so bad at business you went bankrupt running casinos (where, mind you, the games are rigged in your favor) and had to whore your likeness out to commercially endorse pizza so shitty that they created the gimmick of stuffing cheese in the crust to make it more appealing! Imagine it!!

Trump should have been the Infiniti pitchman instead of Jonathan Pryce. They did have a Q45 car........

Is this true? (I have no idea.) Are targets of search warrants given a list (detailed or not) of what's being searched for?

I believe every search warrant must specify the areas to be searched under the warrant, and what's being searched for.

Some of our legal eagles can weigh in here and help me out.

    That is correct.

If, while searching areas specified in the warrant for the items specified in the warrant, evidence of other crimes should be found, that's fair game. For example, say the DEA is investigating hypothetical target Don Wenow for suspicion of trafficking la cocaina, and they obtain a warrant to search his garage (and only his garage) for evidence of trafficking la cocaina. While executing the warrant, they find ledgers detailing multiple insider trades in the garage. That evidence is procured legally.

Now, say the warrant specified only the garage was to be searched, but the agents find the ledgers detailing the insider trades in the car of his wife, Gay Apparel, which was parked at the curb - not in the garage. That evidence would not have been procured legally.
