    Ineffective assistance of counsel isn't at play in the Alex Jones trials because it is a civil matter and there is no right to counsel. That's a concept from criminal proceedings.

    The remedy for ineffective assistance of counsel in a civil matter is to bring a malpractice claim against your lawyer, not have the judgment against you undone.
