They make hamburger relish, which now that I am thinking about, what makes it different than normal relish?

Hamburger relish is red, I think it's roughly a mix of chilli sauce and sweet green relish. A little less sweet. Good stuff.

    Pimento cheese, anyone?

    Yes.
But it really makes the burger a true gut bomb.

Short rib/brisket mix on the beef. Half sour pickle slice, Dijon mustard, beefsteak tomato, raw onion and grilled mushrooms. Brioche bun.

I have a new entry for this list - above and beyond my previous ones from about a month ago. I was skeptical when I first heard it - - but trust me on this:

    1. Saute sliced almonds in butter until the butter is just beginning to turn brown.

    2. 1/2 pound ground chuck on a charcoal grill; I prefer it done medium rare but anything short of well-done is acceptable.

    3. Two small wedges of good imported brie - - not the cheap imitation stuff, the real stuff.

    4. A Kaiser roll onto which you pour the melted butter and almonds and then add the burger with melted brie.

    Magnificent!

And hear it first-hand from an intelligent brown man
A vegetarian, no goat or ham
Or chicken or turkey or hamburger
Cause to me that's suicide, self-murder
Let us get back to what we call Hip Hop
And what it meant to DJ Scott La Rock

Try an Impossible burger. It has to be Impossible, though.

I'm kind of partial to a turkey burger with good toppings, myself. If I'm making burgers at the house, that's what we'll usually do.
