    Want to know how to make a banal story great? Read/study this one - about a lost llama (NY Times link below)

    It comes from extremely thorough reporting: interviewing a lot of sources, asking the right questions. Once you have the material, it comes down to choosing the best details, best quotes. Enjoy!
