Your work will appear in pages of The Enquirer, on the Cincinnati.com suite of platforms and across the vast USA TODAY Sports Network.

Sad these positions like the Titans reporter, Cincy Enquirer and likely soon to be Milwaukee Bucks reporter are at Gannett...

True and I hope so, but how often have ads gone to just one reporter on a two-person beat or the job just not get filled at Gannett. Seems to happen a decent amount.

A Packers reporter, Jim Owczarski has moved over from one of Packers writers to Bucks beat at MJS...so not sure if anyone will be hired or just go with one fewer Packers writer.

Good eye. The Packers are an important enough beat that the paper really should have two people on it, but even if they want two they might not try to hire someone till after the season to avoid the headache.

I wonder, though: Was Jim based in Green Bay and does he have to move to Milwaukee now? I guess that's not the biggest move to make if he does.

They have at least three other writers still on the beat.
