Do you get a Varsity letter for dressing and playing in one game?

Indiana has some work to do to hit the Over today. Leading Maryland 9-3 late in the third quarter.

At least today the Vandy focus isn’t on Derek Mason.

The Commodores haven’t been this weak since Lionel went solo.

i think each school has different standards o what gets you a varsity letter.
Some places have certain minimums of PT in games or minutes, some base it on eligibility (you don't get one if you don't burn a year of NCAA eligibility). At some places you get one for simply setting foot on the field. Who the hell wears varsity jackets anymore anyway?

The one time in the '70s I saw Bill Lee get irked at a fan was when Janet, the assistant to the editor of the Boston Phoenix, asked him what the SC on his letter jacket meant. He wore it.

Please let winless Penn St. beat Michigan. The blowback from that sounds fun.

From a Toledo Blade article on the topic, as much as 60% of BG's opening day roster (including walk-ons) still had freshman eligibility and has a combined total of 22 sophomores and juniors.

Good for Sarah Fuller but let's be real that kickoff was one of the worst I've ever seen.

Oh for fuck's sake, that was the dumbest kickoff I've seen. What are we doing here?

This was the equivalent of letting the special ed kid make a layup.
