I'm gonna go out on a limb with a wild guess. Fla. St.'s medical personnel thought the game should be postponed and Clemson's was "no, we're all good."

Looks like a Clemson positive test Friday night/Saturday morning. Clemson wanted to play regardless, FSU — which is the youngest team in P5 and down to about 60 scholarship players and two quarterbacks — due to injuries and attrition — wasn’t as gung-ho knowing the next two games are too important to risk losing to an outbreak.

 

Yup, FSU-Clemson is off. FSU avoids a thrashing. I don't doubt for a minute that Dabo would have run it up for style points.

I don't think it was shown that much in this particular clip, but there is a brief period of handfighting as the TE turns for the corner. I think, given his angle, the side judge thought he saw a push-off.
