A court has to decide before Jan 20, or enough of them to swing enough electoral votes, to keep him in office, right?

Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin all have Democratic governors and Republican legislatures
Trump’s henchmen are laying the grounds for those states to have two sets of electors
Pick the GOP slate, they get 278 electoral votes

Electors vote sometime in mid-December, right?

I fear “Drumpf” is going to remain in office, friends.

Absolutely. Last free election in America. Do you think they’ll arrest Obama on sight or just murder him where they find him? He is public enemy #1 for Trump’s Christian Soldiers. Pelosi will naturally be executed on sight.

I hope they do not execute these leaders, but I cannot say for sure.

“Drumpf’s” execution was joked about on this very thread.

    Correct.

Joint session of Congress is required by the 12th Amendment to count the electoral votes and declare the winners of the presidential election at 1 p.m. EST on Jan. 6.

He said. She said. Goose. Gander. Both sides equal.
Though it is amazing that Mitch McConnell has never been harmed given the talk.

That is a very good point.

    Mr. McConnell is my Senator.
