There won’t be time to hold confirmation hearings and a vote before the election, thankfully. The Dems can throw up enough roadblocks and the Senate won’t skip its October recess.

First, RIP.

I’m going back and forth between these. There is a serious possibility of overreach here, but will enough voters give a shit?

 

Flip the senate is the play.

 

If you are voting because of judges, you are already voting Trump. If they try to overreach, I think there will be a Dem blowback.

 

They won’t install anyone before the election. But the red meat of an open SCOTUS seat will be enough to convince fence Republicans to vote for Trump. Because abortion.

 

Fuck that. Twenty-One.

 

She’s been dying/on the verge of retirement for three years. The open seat was never NOT happening.

Haven't you been paying attention the last 6 years? They'll have their new stooge sworn in and in action in 10 days.

Oh, and fuck every single one of you who didn’t vote despite being against Trump, not because Clinton wasn’t qualified, but because you didn’t like her.

And a personal hero of mine whom I was fortunate enough to speak with a few times. From my neighborhood, my college and graduated from my law school. Her stories about the shit she went through just because she lacked a Y chromosome are downright depressing yet she persevered and won in the end.
