They're holding the U.S. Women's Open in December? In Houston? That could be very dicey.

They showed a side-view of the mini-golf-style putt Zach Johnson made on No. 1 yesterday.

He hit the thing well to the right and a good 8-10 feet past the hole, and it rolled back down into the cup.

I don't mind them being played on now and then, or postage stamp greens or something like a battleship deck. I like seeing some variety over the usual greens on the schedule. Even these with a few putt-putt weirdo situations.

I think it would be illuminating, though, and good TV for them to show like the elevations and slopes more frequently, though. That shot just now of Schauffle on the front right of No. 18 gave a good view of what he was chipping to. Add the pullout illustration and it's IMO better for the viewer.

That pin placement on No. 18 is evil. That's got to be a 20-foot drop in elevation if you don't reach the plateau.

Could be mild and enjoyable. Could be cold and WTF are we doing here now?

Is the LPGA having two Opens and its 13 other majors in its 2020-21 season?

Bryson the brat might be the only one under par when this day is over.

No, Cabrera-Bello is in the house at 2 under.

    Yup, sorry, missed it.

Spieth with a 6-over 41 on the back side (his front).

And it's going to take a massive effort on the last nine for Tiger to make the cut.

Can we finally make an official declaration that Tiger is now a JAG?

I don't trust DeChambeau whacking driver all over Mamaroneck.
