I've only seen a "redo" once in my career, and that happened to be an instant message between co-workers, not a public comment.

Guy tried to make a joke about "NWA" during Black History Month and the other one was offended and took it to his bosses. Got a visit from HR, a stern meeting with management and a letter of reprimand.

It's just common sense not to use words even close to any of the words you cannot say on television.

And "Why can they say it but I can't?" is never a valid question to ask.

What I expected to happen but also think it's wrong decision. And you still have majority of people who comment on Twitter going with the "Gee, my phone doesn't autocorrect that way! he must use the word a lot!" line, ignoring, again, fact he didn't say it was autocorrect.

He should have said he was joking about the National Wrestling Alliance.

“That’s not who I am” is always “that’s not who I am publicly.”

This racist stuff doesn’t come out randomly.

He’s not the right person to be spreading stupid ignorant harmful stereotypical and bigoted statements.

But if you’re the right person, you get to do it.

X commentator said Germany couldn’t stop the shot because “the might not want to mess their hair up.”

X suggested women could avoid domestic-violence situations by not provoking their male counterparts.

trash women repeatedly and get a contract extension and a raise.
