    IMHO this is so wrong.

What is George Floyd even being mentioned in the news today? Because he was an unarmed man who was brutally murdered in plain sight by an unapologetic white officer.

Is he being canonized? Put up for sainthood? NO. His family just wanted people to know that he was a person, someone worthy of human decency and not someone who can be discarded and forgotten like the plastic water bottle you just dropped in the recycle recepticle.

Yes, he deserves that much. Does including a crminal conviction from 11 years ago indispensable? NO. The point is to remember Mr. Floyd at the very time he was killed. He was not a criminal who was on the run, a fugitive from justice. He was needlessly killed 11 years after his conviction. I don't think anyone was pretending that he was a flawless person.

Once again I'll distill this down,

George Floyd, a resident of Minneapolis, was wrongfully murdered in Minneapolis recently while a white police officer planted his knee on his neck for over 8 minutes, ignoring multiple pleas by Mr. Floyd that he "couldn't breathe" and two minutes after Mr. Floyd lost consciousness. He was unarmed, and was arrested after police received a report of a counterfeit $20 bill. Oh yeah and he was convicted of a felony of assault in 2009.

Does his conviction even matter? Are you thinking less of him now? Does that tilt the scales to more deserving of being killed?

For those with Sirius XM, Bruce has been doing a DJ session every two weeks, where he plays songs from various artists and speaks between the songs. He recently put up one called American Skin. It’s on their app and pretty powerful.

Just another gutless loser. I assume he's a Democrat. Primary his worthless ass. The challenger wouldn't lack for money. Why not a simple "you will all report for duty tomorrow, and if not, you're fired. In fact, don't bother coming in. Y0u're fired now."
