Pretty clear that MN officials are saying we are under siege.

So we got that going for us, which is bad.

There have been a couple stories about the boogaloo boys (the guys in Hawaiian shirts carrying ARs at the 2A rallies) joining in the protests and doing a lot of vandalizing. They are hoping to parlay these protests into the second civil war.

    Yeah, that's out there.

Local Twitter and Instagram has lots of stuff about white guys doing damage, setting fires .. cars with out-of-state plates or no plates.

    This is fucked up

Feels like somebody just found out exactly what her last straw was, which makes me wonder what the rest of the straws looked like.

Nothing about policing and black lives in this country will change. Not now, not tomorrow, not ever.

while it's true that radical groups opportunistically disrupt or accelerate riots like these, and always have, it's equally true that government uses the undefined threat of "outside agitators" as an excuse for more, and more violent, repression.

FB friends pointed out two things about this: 1) It could be a case of domestic violence, or, domestic coercion. Without him in the house now, she might have an opportunity to "flee," essentially. 2) If you want to be cynical, this is a way to protect assets from the eventual civil suit.
