Demings is very sharp, as you could see in the impeachment hearings
If it’s her, hubby, the mayor of Orange County, could run for her seat

I agree Trump's was more knee-jerk, but we don't really know what will become of it.

    Advantage (so far), FDR.

Twitter's obvious countermove at this point is to shitcan any source that would post distruths.

Trump is the best thing Twitter has going for it as a business. If Dorsey banned him, as he has deserved by the company's own standards 100 times or more, the board of directors would be justified by the logic of capitalism to fire Dorsey.

Not to be crude, but Biden has two choices — appeal to African-Americans who didn’t come out in 2016 or appeal to the educated white women who came out for the Dems in 2018. I think the play is the latter but Warren (who I really like) is divisive for some reason.

Lord knows I don't agree with BTE on everything, but I think it's a fair point to suggest locking thousands of Americans in camps because of their race was not exactly a bright shining moment for freedom and liberty on the scale of "flirting with dictatorship actions taken by an American president."

Said this before, but Harris is the safest choice and therefore very very likely to be Biden's choice. He didn't get where he is doing anything but playing the chalk.

Warren has many gifts, but two septuagenarians on the ticket is non-starter. I'd go with Harris.

I like Harris as well. But does she attract the African-American base? And will the latent racism of the anti-Trump voter tilt the cost/benefit analysis?
