    This is why dogs are better than cats. Dogs are glad you’re there and you’re a calming influence for them. Cats can’t wait for you to leave so they can get up to some serious shenanigans.

    I have seen some of you busting on your parents or other older relatives for still going out. If said parents or older relatives have a support system in place that can do essential errands for them, OK. But many older people don't. They have no choice but themselves to see that they have food and medication.

    I can't recall who said it, but I read something to the effect of:

    "Give a dog food, shelter, and affection and it believes you're God. Give a cat food, shelter, and affection and it believes it's God."

    I'm sure that not being blessed with any kind of self-awareness, Trump doesn't realize it would be best for everyone's confidence if he left the news conferences to his task force. When Trump stops talking and the grownups start, the contrast is unbelievable. Even Pence is a polished genius compared to him.
