"Buy American" = Don't go to Walmart. Yeah, good luck with that one.

There are about 30,000 FBI employees, so no, it's not much at all.

Think about the main constituency within the Democratic Party. Then think about Pete's 0.0 percent support within that constituency. Then think about your post again.

Given that N 95 masks go for $50 to $100 each, 40k is a drop in the bucket. The little earloop masks help keep someone who has it from spreading it, but does not protect the wearer worth squat.

I know zip about Clyburn, but there are kingmaker black politicians all over the south. Odds are that he's powerful and influential within the state party as well as with local group leaders like mayors, preachers and big local donors. That's the kind of guy who can mobilize a lot of volunteers, supporters, and voters on a state level, making him the proverbial big fish in the small pond.

Clyburn is definitely big-time in South Carolina. He'll get things moving for Biden.

How cute, the national GOP is digging for dirt.

Even when you "buy American" you're many times not buying American.

I have a 2013 Buick Lacrosse and recently had to remove the spare tire and jack to clean up a spill. I pulled out the tire iron the manufacturer provides to dry the pouch that it comes in and noticed it had "made in China" stamped on it. Made me wonder how many other parts on this car aren't manufactured here.

My favorite was one of those "Made in America" decorative signs I saw at Hobby Lobby . . . with a small "made in China" stamp on the back.

Many many auto parts are made in China.
