Who ARE these senior Democrats? Such a nebulous, unnamed group. Obama? He'd never do it in a million years, not his MO. Pelosi? Not in her interest either. More of the Clinton-era superannuated pundits like Carville? Who the fuck listens to them? Nobody can bell the Bernie cat but the Democratic primary voters themselves.

Right now it’s in court because DeSantis and his minions in the legislature want to institute a poll tax of sorts for said new voters

It's not so much the idea of the virus spreading in the US that freaks out Wall St. as the likelihood of severe disruptions in global supply chains.

Pete’s beaten Warren in 3 straight contests but he needs the come-to-Jesus moment?

But the "poll tax of sorts" and the court case only apply to the new voters who haven't paid their conviction-related restitution & fines & fees, right? (Granted, it sounds like some of them may not even have been informed of what they owe.) I thought the ones who were current were able to vote already.

The supply chains will be really disrupted if the virus hits big here. It will affect the businesses doing the ordering and selling and the consumers buying.

If China shuts down, no supplies to put in the chain in the first place. It appears the Chinese government has started massaging the virus stats as part of an effort to get people back to work. This of course will only make the problem worse.

I know every industry is different, but the stuff we're getting from our suppliers there won't be on the shelves until late fall/winter. Luckily, we have a couple of O/O factories on this side of the planet to take up some of the slack.
