He wasn't just the Hair Club for Men president. ... He was also a client

I thought that this was going to be a Chuck Todd thread.

Speaking of which, toupees are among the weirdest things people do to themselves. Like, everyone who knows you knows it's a toupee and so do most people ya run into. It's like walking around with your fly open and acting like no one is looking.

Can Crazy Eddie be far behind?

I thank the Lord all the time for a full head of hair. What men would do for it, my goodness.

Never understood the apparent importance of hair for a TV career. Chuck Todd isn't fooling anyone, the hairdressers for Al Michaels and Berman worked miracles - and whomever did LeBron and Brady's work are HOFers.

I shaved it off about 12 years ago. Best decision I made. Other than the fact that between the scalp and the goatee, I look like I work for ICE

Crazy Eddie was ahead of him. He died in 2016.

    Crazy Eddie - Wikipedia

My main memory of him, besides the commercials, was his cameo in an educational video shown in my social studies class about the post-American Revolution era, and how different colonies had their own currency. He said the prices of New York and Connecticut dollars was insane.

Ed Koch also had a cameo in it. And my memory is hazy after 30+ years, but I think Trump had a cameo as well.

Yo momma’s like Crazy Eddie — she’s practically giving it all away.

Crazy Eddie and Action Park commercials. It was like those were the only two spots WOR could sell.
