    Blacks voted at about the same rate, 90% or so, for Hilary as they did for Kerry and with roughly the same turnout as Hilary. Black turnout increased and a higher percentage of voters blacks voted for the first black President in 2008 and 2012. I think the Democratic nominee in 2020 will receive about as much black support as Hilary.
