    It's not odd at all. Bryce Harper is in large part a media creation. He isn't a player to lead a team to a world series. The Cardinals went to the world series the year after Pujols left.

    Well, the difference in his OPS vs. lefties as opposed to righties was about 0.030. So, I imagine he's as fine as anyone is against Randy Johnson. He probably strikes out, but its not like Johnson went undefeated in his career.

    Absent his MVP season 5 years ago, he's 'just' an All Star caliber player. There are about 10-12 All Star Caliber OFers each season?
