Just thought about this and reminded me how stupid it was of Tony and Stephen A. to suggest. CP has been tremendous in OKC and there's still no chance they'll buy him out if they can't trade him.

Where in the top 5 will CP3 rank for transcendent talents who don't win a title?

Plus OKC fans love Paul from his time there after Katrina.

He's right up there. Elgin Baylor and Karl Malone are probably 1 and 2 for me. Then you've got guys like Barkley and Paul.

Baylor's the one I feel most for. He was months away.

After eight losses in the finals. Brutal.

Zion just looked nervous and tentative for three quarters in his debut.

Then he scored 16 points in two minutes in the 4th.

    Jesus, he's good.

I hope that body holds up. He’s awfully heavy at a young age.

I don’t think he’ll sustain the 3-point shooting, but if he somehow can he’ll be unstoppable. I mean, obviously.

But yes, staying healthy for an 82-game regular season will be the biggest key to his success.

I believe the Lakers offered to activate Baylor as the 12th man in the 1972 finals, but he turned it down because he didn't want to freeload his way to a championship.

He had retired after 9 games that year because Bill Sharman wanted to move Jim McMillan into the starting lineup and Baylor didn't want to come off the bench.

He really is. I have a hard time seeing his knees and feet holding up long-term unless he slims down.
