NFL Divisional Playoff Thread

    It's really not a given in this situation. If you make it, you don't have to go for it again. If you miss it, you still have a chance with two more. If you don't go for it, you still have to get one at some point.

    And when you are getting throttled and most everyone including the coach knows you have very little chance of coming back I guess why not for some extra spark if there is any to be found.

    It should be noted, Baltimore was 2-for-5 on 2-point conversions this season.

    I would also factor in an assessment of how tired you think the defense is at the moment of the TD. If you had ground them down, play after play, maybe in a hurry up offense, and you think the D is winded, go for two.

    If it was a quick strike long pass TD, maybe not.

    Lots of factors in these decisions.

    If you look at Jackson’s 500 total yards of offense in the box score, you might think he played an amazing game.

    That really was a crazy game.
