If you're not adding orange zest to your cranberries, why even bother?

One cup water, one cup sugar, one bag... boil until they pop then simmer.

Five pounds of sugar will do about 15 pounds of cranberries. And you only need a splash of water.

And as someone else said, if you’re not adding orange zest, you’re doing it wrong.

No gelatin needed. Cranberries are loaded with pectin. Adding gelatin will turn it into Jell-O at best and a big gummy at worst.

Gelatin is what turns fruit juice into gummy bears. I'm not an expert but I was a newspaper food editor and now turn out up to 1,000 meals a day as a food service director.

Do I have to turn in my credentials?

Add a tiny bit of vanilla to the cranberries.

AllTrails app. Brings up all of the walking/hiking trails in your area.
Wish they had a kayaking version.

I thought 170 per pound was the best way to cook a turkey, then I smoked one on a grill. 250 or so for six hours. About 2 hours of smoke and then move it to gas to slow cook outside. My God, what a 1-2 punch.

My apologies for being too vague. I was reacting to the prospect of a cranberry gummy.

I bought a Columbia flannel shirt the other day and have to say it was worth the $30.
It's not something I'm going to wear out working in the yard like most flannel shirts, but it was an excellent pickup for a fall/winter work or evening out shirt.

Most Costco Kirkland brand products are good quality. Never feel like they cheated out.
