They can do those things, but they don't rely on them. Sometimes, the defense plays well but the turnovers don't come. Some teams, like the Steelers this year, are screwed when that happens. The Ravens are not.

I was away from a TV all day, but damn the NFL does a nice job with the highlights on YouTube. Ten minutes and you really get a flavor the game. And no replay stoppages.

The Cards with Murray are not an easy out.

I think the Ravens are the best team in the AFC right now and it's not really close. That said, they're still going to have to beat New England in Foxborough to go to the Super Bowl. Ravens' closing stretch is pretty tough (at LAR, vs. SF, at BUF, vs. NYJ, at CLE, vs. PIT). There are probably two losses in there, at least.

Pats close vs. DAL, at HOU, vs. KC, at CIN, vs. BUF, vs. MIA. They'll be no worse than 13-3. Not sure the Ravens will get to 13-3.

Mina Kimes of ESPN noted on Twitter that since acquiring Marcus Peters, the Ravens' defense has held opponents to the league's second-lowest passer rating and that the quarterbacks they faced in span were Wilson, Brady and Watson.

Browns-Steelers II on Dec. 1 has been switched from 4:25 to 1; Chiefs-Raiders goes from 1 to 4:25.

Obviously the Chiefs-Raiders has more relevance where the standings are concerned, but it's hard to believe most casual fans wouldn't want to watch the Cleveland-Pittsburgh rematch based on the potential fireworks.

Perhaps, but I'm not sure the league wants those optics.

Lot more West Coast viewers with a 4:25 EST start.

That's 100 percent correct. I'm sure they were very happy KC-Oak looks like a big game.
