The safety was all Rudolph. He held the ball way too long. He did not have time to pump fake, bring the ball back down and then try to throw.

I agree with Scout about Rudolph. He isn't moving away from pressure at all and he's not making decisions quickly enough. The thing is, he seemed to be on the right track with those things before the concussion, so maybe he still hasn't fully regained his confidence. That said, he does look very limited right now.

 

The best commentating on Monday Night Football all season came on calling the cat's run across the field.

In this one, no.

The WWL invested a lot to get MNF and has tried really really hard (orange slices for everyone!) to bring back the buzz it had when MNF had when it started, but it's just another game now. And usually not a very good one.

 

At what point do the refs just start sending people to the locker rooms early?

 

Every time they showed him during the earlier parts of the game, he was basically doing the same thing except standing up. Head down and furiously scribbling, like a deranged artist.
