What do hardcore wrestling fans think of the NWA Powerrr "shows" on YouTube? As somebody who grew up watching TV studio wrestling, I'm kind of digging it - even though it's been 20-plus years since I paid much attention to wrestling.

So, apparently Natalya vs. Lacey Evans has been added to the Saudi shit show as the first women's match to ever take place over there. Lana was also spotted over there to inevitably continue the Rusev/Lashley crap.

A Hijab on a pole match?
The winner gets to walk around Riyadh unescorted by a man for 24 hours?

Which they'll also work into an angle where she runs over Roman Reigns.

The women's match immediately becomes the most important match on the show—if for no other reason than to see how the crowd reacts.

Curious that they put Lacey Evans in the spot, given that within today's stable of women's wresters, her character is more on the "bombshell" end of the bombshell-athlete spectrum. Would have thought they would have gone for a more conservative play.

They'll both be covered from neck to feet (like Sasha vs. Bliss in Dubai a few years ago), so any bombshell effect either of them have will be tempered. And since it's just a throw-away match with no angle behind it, I'm sure they didn't want to throw one of the Horsewomen in it.

I don’t know what this orange cassidy/rick and morty tie in on aew is supposed to be

But I can only imagine the internet exploding if WWE tried this kind of crap with a usa network cartoon

No different than all the times they've had a USA show's actor(s) pop in as a guest host or cameo.

I like it. Takes me back to my youth watching the Four Horsemen and Sting and Dusty Rhodes and Magnum TA on TBS. I've only watched one episode so far, though.

While the matchup made no sense, that Mansoor/Cesaro match was pretty damn good. Makes me wonder why Mansoor is nothing more than a jobber in NXT.
