    Supreme Court:
At what point do We the People along with a legitimately elected branch of the government ignore it?
Judicial Review isn't mentioned in the Constitution. It was seized in Marbury v. Madison.
Andrew Jackson himself supposedly said of SCOTUS, "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it."
Popular Sovereignty means government only by consent of the governed. If the people and the House ignore a ruling of the court, what are they going to do about it?

Hopefully Biden, or someone else, will defeat Frosted Flake next year.

So you're good with anarchy, then, as long as it suits your views and needs? Good to know.

    I know, right?

I said the same thing again and again during Merrick Garland's confirmation hearing!

What's worse, anarchy or a body of nine people - more than half of whom were illegitimately appointed and a portion of those most likely criminal - unilaterally making final decisions for 330 million people, most of whom didn't want them appointed?

If anarchy it be, I am equipped and capable of defending my hearth and home.
