I liked how they kept the cameras in the stadium going at the end.

NBC knows how to produce a sports telecast. Contrast that with whatever the fuck B/R is doing with CL coverage. I'm not going to blame TNT much, since it's obvious looking at their NBA coverage that they know what they're doing.

That silent protest by the fans tonight was pretty good.

Can't say I've ever seen United lose during Fergie Time at Old Trafford.

Liverpool might actually do it this year. They are pure metal.

Not a great day for our friend @Cosmo at Watford.

No, it wasn’t. But, I met a great group of supporters at the Red Lion pregame, and they got me into the bunker for pregame pints and then the main supporter section for the match. I got to wave the flag and lead some chants. We all went up to Watford High Street for some excellent Indian food afterward, and I half passed out on the train back to Euston. The result sucked, and if we don’t get three at Newcastle next week the relegation whispers will grow more urgent. But damn, I had an amazing day.

Bonus, meeting the same group Thursday to get pissed and watch cricket. I’m smitten with the UK so far, anyway.

According to something Rebecca Lowe put on her Instagram story, today was the first time a team beat United at Old Trafford in stoppage time in the Premier League era.

Also, forgot to mention that I met Etienne Capoue walking out of the stadium after the match. Nice guy.
