That's a band full of Twinkies and Mountain Dew. How does a drummer get that fat?

Hootie and the Blowfish. That may have been the misleading band name when that group hit in the mid 1990s.

He was always a big fella.

Hell, Bill Ward got roasted from Black Sabbath for his weight. Yes, Ozzy was getting on someone for unhealthy living.

Ambrosia. That's the stuff Grandma would make at holidays that we were afraid to eat.

The Thompson Twins. They were a trio, none was a twin and none was named Thompson.

Late in Max McGee's Packer announcing career The BNLs performed the anthem. When it was done Max said something along the lines of "When I heard The Bare Naked ladies were performing the anthem I was excited...must admit, I am kind of disappointed."

In my mid-20s, I really got into a band called The String Cheese Incident.

Not for sure if it was misleading, but I never was offered a dairy product at any of their shows.

Laura is such a great song (and video) and was featured in the documentary Check It about the gay black gang in D.C. which is worth the time and energy to watch.
