So all the players "bowing out" of Team USA this off-season, is it that they weren't going to make the team and they give the player a heads up so they can save face - or is it one of those things like the Pro Bowl, you want to be invited to the party but don't really want to actually go.

 

Fox seemed to be firmly in the rotation for good minutes, although maybe behind Walker at PG. Bagley seemed like more of a 12th man type, since he started on the B-team and moved up late to the A-team. (Plus, he was hurt on and off the previous year.) Mostly seems like one of those weird, in-between periods for USA Basketball, where the older stars already have medals, and the younger stars either aren't really elite NBA players or American.

 

Don't recall which thread we were discussing NBA broadcasts on, but this was a bit of a shocker.

Wbere does your link say anything about him tearing his ACL? It doesn't, because that's not when it happened. Instead it happened at least a week later while working out under normal conditions and wearing normal basketball gear.
