    This questions seems, uh, disingenuous. Or maybe just super duper forgetful.

    I'm sure most presidents can be accounted having some number of "rallies." Usually in service of some specific goal.

    So the better question might regard the content of those rallies.

    Obama certainly stumped for the ACA.

    Trump rallies, with the exception of those few held in service of the midterms, are only about Trump, and the airing and amplifying of white grievance.

    It's a cult of personality.

    Sad to say some churches have hosted discussions on how to try to stay safe when there's an active shooter. They synagogues around here already had security measure in place. They've needed them for decades.

    A reminder that the decisive voting bloc in every election is "don't know and don't much care." Today's WSJ/NBC News poll finds that 17 percent of registered voters have never heard of Sen. Elizabeth Warren.
