    So was George Washington.

    Still on Mt. Rushmore.

This is the entirety of Bruce Springsteen in the '80s.

    That's it, nothing else.

    But hey, Courteney Cox!

But, seeing as The River was released in 1980, I could be wrong.

The River and Nebraska were in the 1980s, so while I still think '70s Bruce is superior, it's not the blowout I assumed.

I don't know why, but I always thought The River was a late-'70s album.

That one is lost in the brain dust.

Also, the song Born in the USA is awful.

atrocious? You're crazy. His 80s shit might have been hacky, but Piano Man, The Stranger, 52nd Street and Cold Spring Harbor are unbelievably good. Granted, if I never hear the song Piano Man again, I'm good. But Captain Jack and She's Got a Way are just truly great, timeless songs.

REM and U2 get two of the spots; the other two are up for debate from any number of choices.

Or I'd be fine with a U.S version with Berry, Buck, Mills and Stipe and an Irish version with Bono, Edge, Clayton, and Mullen.
